Good evening to all the spiritual lovers gathered here.
May all beings live happily! Tiruchirambalam !!
Om…………………….. Om …………………….. Om …………………..
Today let us enjoy the next lines of the Vinayagar Akaval.
The next Akaval lines are: “Show me Sadasivam within the sound (63)”.
Let us look at what sound is in a little more detail, come on dear ones. Because Lord Shiva, who is the center point within the sound, is always there, we call him Sadasivam. The following lines will tell you that the Lord, who is in the form of Nath, is Nath Brama. Let us enter the wonderful world of Nath, come on.
A secret like the secret of Nath Brama
Sound has other names. That is Nath, Oli. What is Nath? Nath is called Oli. Sound, light, sound, movement, and vibration all refer to the same thing. This world and the human body are Nath. Why is this sound produced? Sound is produced due to movement. This movement is called vibration in English.
Since all sounds are produced by movement, they are all beneficial. The benefits are manifold.
If bad movements occur, only bad benefits are obtained.
If good movements are produced, only beneficial benefits are obtained. There is no limit to the changes that occur in these.
If there were no sounds produced by movements that produce movement, this world would not exist. This universe, which is Shiva and Sathya – Sathya and Siddha – true life, would be divided into two: sound and sound. Sound is the state of pervading. When it becomes pervading, that is, when it blossoms, it transforms into sound. It is one in pervading and two in pervading.
Sound has a slow movement. Sound has a fast movement with a high mass. There are two meanings of movement. Without these two, there is no sound.
Movement is movement. There is sound in movement. Sound is created by movement. One is more than the other – it is longer – it is expanded.
Since this world is made up of five elements, sound is created by the movement of those elements. That movement is perceived and expanded in the form of sound – sound.
Due to the difference in movement – mass difference of the five elements, which can be understood as the subtle masses inside and outside our body, various types of sounds are created. These sounds create emotions. Therefore, the mind and body undergo changes. Due to the sounds heard in the form of sound lines and waves, the objects in the world undergo various types of differences.
The good words of the wise, the music of the music and the children’s nursery rhymes give pleasure to our mind and through it to the body.
Our mother tongue Tamil, which is a sound line, becomes an elixir by being perfectly refined and presented, creating pure fire in the presence and creating beneficial changes. By being imperfectly refined and presented, it becomes poisonous and creates impure fire in the presence and creating only harmful changes.
Similarly, in material objects, good and bad things undergo many changes due to the difference in sound. You can find some scientific research notes. You can find some comments on the essence of an article published in an American newspaper.
At the end of a scientific study, if it is said that sound can make wood fire; make a hole in glass; change the color of water; kill fish in a tank, would anyone believe it? What? However, there is no need to tell you how terrible the sound must be to do the above-mentioned things in a scientific research laboratory in America. Such sounds are produced by electrical current.
One of the surprises is that you don’t have to put cotton in your ears to prevent deafness from such loud noises. Because, those extreme noises never reach human ears. Whether the sound is big or small depends on the speed of those sound waves.
That is, if 1000 sound waves are produced per second, it is called a small sound.
If 16,000 waves are produced per second, then 16,000 waves are produced per second, then it is a big sound.
Normally, human ears can hear sound only if it is within 20,000 waves per second. If it goes beyond that, the ears do not have the capacity to perceive that sound. The sound that performs the above miracles has 3,00,000 waves per second.
Researchers who study sound waves have learned the power of this sound through many experiments.
- They filled a tank with oil and allowed extreme sound waves to pass through it. Then they dipped a glass rod in the oil. When they picked up the rod, it burned like a flame. Then, they placed the rod on a piece of wood. Smoke and sparks started coming from the piece of wood. After a while, a bottle fell out of that place and made a hole. They were able to make a hole in a glass plate in the same way. These researchers disproved the proverb that “oil and water do not mix” through sound waves.
- Next, when they sent sound waves through the oil floating on the water, they caused the two liquids to separate into very small droplets and mix with each other.
- When they sent those sound waves into colorless water like marble, the water turned blue. And through this research, we were able to learn that those sound waves have the power to affect the inside as well as the outside of objects.
- When the ice cubes were then hit with those sound waves, the inside and outside of the ice cubes melted at the same time.
- From this study, it was revealed that these sound waves have a high potential to kill life.
- This is because the researchers filled a tank with water, put frogs and fish in it, and applied the above sound waves. The fish and frogs died in an instant. This research is definitely going to play an important role in killing germs in the future. Research is going on about it.
We have seen the changes that have occurred in the cosmic objects due to the sounds of sound. If these sounds in the outside have the power to cause so many changes, can the power of the sounds produced by the movement of the five gross and subtle bodies in our body be comparable to the thoughts, words and actions of humans?
Tell me, is it any wonder that these melodies transformed the bodies and lives of the great sages and ancient Tamil Siddhas who listened to such melodies into a state of purity and innocence, “changing their lives” and making them eternal?
Many people who say, “We have heard the sounds within the body,” may think that they have died after leaving the body. The reason for this is that they have only heard impure sounds.
What is death to a scholar who has properly heard and understood the pure physical sounds, the Vedas, which are the sounds? He is certain to overcome the time of impurity and attain eternity. How many sages, sages, religious monks, monks, and the Supreme Lord, who were true followers of Brahmanical penance, heard and understood the pure Nandi sounds of the subtle kalpa within them and attained eternity.
Just as many changes occur due to the sounds that occur externally, it is certain that immeasurable changes occur in the body due to the sounds that occur within our body, which are the physical movements. This is the natural order.
If we put our finger in our ear canal and close it for a while, we will hear the sound of “Om” inside. This allows us to clearly understand that our body, the ocean, also has a sound. The sound that occurs in the ocean and the sound that occurs in our body are the same sound. This is a common sound. If you want to hear and understand the many subtle and subtle elements of these sounds, you need a suitable spiritual teacher.
If the mind becomes calm and flows smoothly according to the words of the spiritual teacher, these sounds will be heard within you regularly. The benefit of listening to these is that due to the pure sound of the ocean, our body, will be churned and the nectar will be extracted. That’s all. The poison called alam will become nectar. “It will be made paravamudha by grace.” The poisoned flower will become fragrant and fragrant, the nectar-like flower. Thus, we will become the target of the divine grace of the Supreme Lord and attain eternal life.
The sounds in our body are of two types, impure and pure. It should be understood very clearly that every body has pure (subtle) and impure (thula) material elements. Material means the knowledge of the five elements. Wherever we talk about material, you should understand that it is the knowledge of the five elements. However, the world of knowledge tells us that impure material is dominant in each of our bodies. That is the absolute truth.
The impure material body also has sounds. The pure material body also has sounds. Impure sounds are easily recognizable by some and many. These are the things that are praised by the yogis of today. If we practice suppressing the flowing breath in some artificial way, the ear becomes blocked in a way. Then the sound produced by the movement of the impure physical body will be heard. This is what the hatha yogis – the upasanas – the savikalpa nirvikalpa nittayas will call the ten sounds. Since this is the sound produced by the movement of the impure mass, it is called the impure sound.
Without the pure sounds produced by the movement of the pure physical body – without the pure Nandi sounds, the body will not be able to function with these impure sounds. If we listen to these pure sounds and remain still, we can overcome time.
In order to develop this impure sound, the impure mass in the body will increase, and due to the deficiency or excess of vata, pitta, and sileth, the physical body will be disturbed and disease will occur, and we will have to move towards the direction of the south, which is the direction of the wind. How else can we call those who live like this, other than calling them yogis? No matter how many siddhas they perform – the siddhas of the sea and the siddhas of the world, no matter how long they sit motionless, “closing their eyes with their mouths and closing their eyes with their mouths” unnaturally, and somehow blocking the naturally flowing breath, and performing some kind of kayasiddhi with some medicines, it is a true certainty that in the end they will become a good gift to the Lord of the South. The following mantra and other hymns of wisdom are suitable for such people.
Only those who, by the grace of the Guru-like Lord, have attained the state of physical purity and have attained the perfection of enlightenment, are the ones who are blessed to listen to the sacred melodies of pure physical movement called the subtle state of physical movement, through the teachings of the Guru.
The Mahara Vidha, the essence of Omkara, is taught to them by the divine Gnana Satguru. Silence does not mean sitting without speaking like the worldly pseudo-sages. The Sattva and Silence, which are worldly tantras, are fake, that is, they are false. If so, what is the true silence? Rather than saying it with our own mouths, let us listen to the words of Sattai Muni Siddha.
What is the Mauna Vidha?
…………………………………………………
He who listens to the Naat with his mouth closed
The Mauna Vidha teacher incites him in the forest
He who listens to the ten Naats like a bell
This Makara Vidya is described in various mystical texts in incomprehensible words in the Siddha books. It is a rare and great secret. One who does not receive it through the grace of the Guru and practice it cannot enter the house of bliss.
We will break its subtle secret and teach it only to high souls who come to us and ask. The student who comes to it must be a high soul. If he does not have this moral principle, Makara Vidya will not be taught. If he learns Makara Vidya, he can conquer death. The Siddhas have a special respect for Makara Vidya.
The student who comes to learn this must be one who has completely followed the eternal morality and the supreme penance taught by the Guru. He must have complete surrender to the Guru. He must not break the Guru’s word. Whatever the Guru says, he must immediately do it completely and with full mind. He must surrender his body, mind and spirit at the feet of the Guru. If this is all, the wise teacher will teach him the magic of the monkey.
From the Thirumantram, we can learn what the pure sounds heard by the Siva yogis, the great ascetics who have acquired the magic of silence through the grace of the Guru, are like. Come on.
The ocean of pearls, the elephant, the wind, the cloud, the thump If this is possible for our students, it is also possible for you who are reading this book.
The spreading paranatha is found in our body. In this, the sperm is structured as the soul (life) and the natha is structured as the body. It is the anna that gives strength to the body. From the anna, sperm and natha are produced. Sperm are used to produce the soul and natha is used to produce the body. Another body can also be produced using natha.
Today’s scientists say that pure natha has the power to produce a human body. Research is being done intensively for this. Scientists have long discovered that pure nathas change the structures of the genes of the human body. But, they are still investigating how this happens. Therefore, if you want to bring out your subtle body as light – as a light body, you should keep spreading pure sound waves in your body.
Instead of considering the three elements as qualities, one should consider them as an object, and should look at them with the eyes (the three divine elements), and burn and destroy them with the arts of the sun, moon and fire that are located in the three divine elements. After the destruction of the three elements, the body becomes pure, and the treasures of wisdom within will automatically emerge from the heart cave (eyeball) and shine.
If one receives these pure sounds, which are the subtle karpa, through the grace of God and the grace of the Guru, and constantly eats and eats these pure sound waves, that is, if one listens to them in the life light within the head, the darkness of ignorance will completely leave the body atom by atom. Then the influence of pure sound will begin to fill the body.
If one eats herbs, they are called dust karpa.
If one eats pure sounds, that is called sukkuma karpa.
This is what our ancient Tamil Siddhas have said. The Brahmanical ascetic must go beyond the six steps. The seventh step, that is, the seventh step, is the place of sound, that is, the abode of sound.
If a person listens to sounds like the sounds of the sound One who does not listen to the pure melodies of the subtle kalpa cannot attain the state of Brahmamuthi without getting rid of attachment.
That is why we have been teaching the students who come to our BramaGnana Potsabai the five types of penances that can purify their subtle body with pure melodies. These 16 types of pure melodies have been given to us by the grace of our Guru, the original Tamil Siddha, Agastya Peruman, to purify the subtle body. We will continue to teach these 16 stages to the high-level students who receive the BramaGnana penance initiation from us, according to their discipline, true path, and penance ability, and will continue to progress through each stage in a systematic manner. All these are very high-level lessons. Those who have a destiny, those who have completed their destiny and are destined to go to Shiva, can get it.
If God wants to come out of our body as auspicious arts, let’s listen to what Thirugnanasammandhar has to say.
The sound of the drum, the sound of the conch, the sound of the trumpet
This Sukkuma Karpam, i.e. pure Naad, is the form of our Lord. The Vedic sound, which is the form of God, is called Naad. It is this Sukkuma Karpam that was praised by the Manikkavasaka Peruman in the Thiruvasakam as “Emperumān Munpan Muṇḍaṃ Murasu”. That is why it is secretly said that the Vedas are constantly resounding in the presence of Shiva.
We can understand this from the following verses.
The sword of wisdom is carried by the Lord of the Nathapparai, and the sound of When the body, which is the body, and the soul, which is the soul, that is, the sound and the mind, come together and become one, a sound arises. This sound is the pure sound with great power that is qualified to express the sacred arts. This is what the Vedas call the sacred guru’s naadham. The Vedas are the sacred guru. Its pure sounds are Shiva. If one wants to express the pure sound of the Vedas in the body, it can only be done with the help of the sacred guru. With the teachings of the sacred guru, the Brahmanical sadhaka will continue to fulfill the sacred arts of Shiva as pure sounds in the subtle and physical body every day and every moment. This is the trick of expressing and fulfilling the sacred arts.
If everyone can do this subtle karma, it must be said that it is not possible. This is only suitable for those who are in the middle of the day. This is the eighth fruit for those who can do penance for a day or a few hours, for those who are ardent devotees and those who are ardent devotees. It is a subtle secret that cannot be known.
Thus, all these sounds should be properly formed, heard and absorbed in the soul. This is the natural method. Only then will the devotee attain the perfect state of Shiva’s pearl.
Sound is the seed – life for this world. This is why we are able to reach the state of true knowledge with this life. If the worldly people are mesmerized by the instruments such as music that occur in the outside world and lose control of themselves, then how much bliss can be achieved by the true and true sounds of the Veda that occur within? Only by seeing, hearing and experiencing can we realize those pure sounds of sound.
If you have all come to learn the practice of Brahmanical meditation, you will receive the secret of how to channel pure sound waves into your body, then into your soul, and then into the community.
All that you receive through your body now are impure sounds. Only when you know which are pure sounds can you listen to the Satguru and experience and understand how to channel it inside.
The sound of the Veda and the sound of the Veena
The sound of the Sothi Vanavar Thotra
The sound of the Mata Radan Manimuzhavu
The sound of the Geeta are stirred. (Devaram – Thirugnanasammandhar)
The Veena is what pleases God himself. The best example is Ravaneswaran. The Puranas say that he tied Shiva himself with his wonderful Veena music. The Veena has the ability to enchant life. Today’s science says that each raga played on the Veena can give various energies and rejuvenation to human and plant life. Here are just a few of the benefits of ragas.
- Neelambari raga to calm a crying child and put him to sleep.
- Listening to Sri Ragam after lunch will help digestion.
- Listening to Sama Ragam during mental agitation will help you find peace of mind.
- Listening to Bhoopalam and Malaya Marutham at dawn will automatically create enthusiasm.
- To relieve headaches, sing Asaveri Ragam.
- To make you forget your hunger, sing Karakarapriya Ragam.
- To cure tuberculosis, play Bhairavi.
- To cure asthma, find and bring a toddy.
- To control rheumatism and kapha diseases, sing Hindola Ragam.
- To calm down bile, sing Saranga.
Ragas played as Nadhaswaram during wedding ceremonies
- For the groom’s invitation 1. Kalyani; When leaving 2. Shankaraparanam.
- In the Janavasa procession, 1. Thodi, 2. Kambodhi, 3. Karakarapriya
- During the marriage engagement, 1. Kanada, 2. Adana, 3. Piyagadai
- In the morning, 1. Kedaram, 2. Boopalam, 3. Bilahari should be sung.
- Before the Muhurtham, 1. Tanyasi, 2. Narayani should be played.
- During the Muhurtham, the Kandukurinji should be played.
- Ananda Bhairavi should be played while tying the Thali.
- Raga to be listened to in the evening – Malayamārutham, Chakravagam
- To cure kidney problems and to get rain – Amritavarshini
- To soften the hard heart and melt the stone heart – Arikām Bodhi
- To reduce the impact of many troubles that torment the mind and bring peace – Ananda Bhairavi,
Sri Ranjani, Kamās, Nayaki, Sākāna, Nīlāmbāri
- To cure mental problems – Amsatvani, Bhimblas
- To cure diabetes – Pāgādi, Jagan Mohini
- To cure great emotion and inspiration – Adāna
- To cure stomach ache – Najeevadhara
The word Sākāna is another name for Goddess Lakshmi/Maa Durga. It also means ‘”Pure and blissful joy”. ” In Kannada, it means – This is a raga that is well aware of everything – present, past and future. Sahana is referred to as “Ranjakatva Upaya Vakra Raga”, which means very aesthetic and pleasing. A raga with high melodic content. Sahana is mainly a “ Karuna Rasa Pradhan Raga” – a raga that reflects the mood of pathos. This raga is an exemplary interpretation of the sin of Dasa Bhakti Pava- (There are nine ways to serve God..). The compassion that arises from overflowing love is also symbolized by this raga. Sahana Raga helps in maintaining emotional coolness and balance and controls anger and reduces violence.
Next, Lord Shiva’s favorite raga, Kalyani, is a very beautiful raga – the name of the Supreme Goddess, the 65th Melakartha raga named Rudra Chakra – this Kalyani represents the 11 gods led by Lord Shiva. It is called the queen of the raga family. In the Hindustani system, this raga is called “Yaman”.
Mind, body and soul chakra. This raga has the power to make us become what we want to become. This Kalyani has the ability to reshape our body, to change the energies that each of us absorbs.
When we hear sound, we listen to it and enjoy it with our two ears. That is why our ancestors said that the veena is our two ears. It is through the ears that we can hear all the music and melodies. Even Thirumoolar has said that when we do Brama Tapa, we hear ten types of melodies inside our ears. We have been listening to these melodies daily through experience. Our students have also been listening to the melodies in the same way in their ears.
If we raise the ten types of melodies in our ears and combine those melodies with the art of melody through the technique of Sammiya Tantra, the art of melody and the melody sound will merge, and we will see the vision and grace of Shiva there. We can see God through sound. We can see Shiva even when he is beyond sound.
Among the three musical trinity, Thyagaraja is the one who saw the Parabhram in person through music and attained the state of liberation from life. He tied Thiruvaiyaru Thyagaraja and Sri Rama through the melodies of melody and surrendered himself to devotion to music and attained the knowledge of the life-giving power. This can be called the external knowledge.
When the devotee reaches a state where he constantly hears the ragas within his head, not by playing them as music, but by practicing the ragas through the practice of Brahmanical penance, Shiva dances with joy and appears as light, sound, and the dance of the Thillai in a small way, and pushes the devotee towards the path of the afterlife. This is a very noble state. It is a simple trick to capture the Lord within. This is what Manickavasagar said in the Thiruvasakam, “Let me see the sound of the veena.”
The power of the melody “Om…um…!”
The amount of electricity (CURRENT) we keep connected to, the more we can light the lamps. Light is produced. Similarly, as scientists have found today, if there is any substance, if we give too much air pressure (COMPRESSION) on it, it will all turn into vapor.
Where did this air pressure come from…? When hydrogen is compressed by combining the states of magnetic energy present in it with the nature of that atom,
- The nature of these atoms, i.e. electrons (radiation)
- As soon as the states of those atoms collide with each other,
- It turns everything into gas.
In the same way, when we breathe the nature of that “Om..um…!” breath, thinking of the Maharishi, it will activate only the magnetic cells present in our body with the states of our life’s pulse. It will create more current (energy).
If we had told you the importance of the Om…um Pranava, they would have talked about it. That is why we do not give it to you in a normal state.
We give the Guru’s word according to the extent to which you are yearning to receive the grace of true sages.
Even if you practice the states of other consciousnesses in the states of Guru a thousand times, whatever consciousness you have developed will stand before you, saying, “Oh…um.” What…?
- Saying “Oh…um Kali…!”
- I see you with one hand… Look at what I am doing…!
- If you take anger and rage, that will be the front.
- If you say “Oh…um…!”, what will this feeling do…? It will only increase the intensity and increase the blood pressure.
- Other states will work in the eyes
When there are states of aversion, the nature of a spirit is present in the body. If you say “Oh…um..!”, it will awaken its nature of feeling and it will start working. But desire within the feeling is the state of heat.
We are giving that feeling through this teaching that the true light qualities present in Om have been taken by the true sages, which will imprint the wave of that feeling as a seed.
After the seed of the consciousness of the true sages is planted in your feet,
- When you say “Shiva Shiva Shiva Shiva Shivaya Namah Om” with the same mind,
- Those powerful states will enter your body.
- Wherever there is pollution in your body,
- Make this magnetism catch more states,
- With these states of pressure, whatever evil force it is, it will turn into a spirit and transform all your senses into light.
In the Vyakaran Shastra, sound itself has been established as Brama. This is called Sapta Bramavada.
When talking about language grammar, the Vaiyakaranis (grammar experts) have also established it in another way as Brama Swaroopam.
In the Sangeet, even in the places where it is called Nath Brama Upasana and Nathobasan, Nath is not just a basic sound. When the singer grasps a certain pitch with pure determination with the Shruti, and it is completely lifted, and when it falls and falls, it merges with the Shruti in a non-dual way, and becomes full. That is Nath.
At this point, the singer also dissolves and becomes full. Not only him. Others who listen to it will also be absorbed and forget themselves and be united in that Nath.
The bliss obtained in this is Atmananda and Brahmananda, which is said to be the highest goal of religious scriptures.
Nath leads to Brama, and sound leads to Nath, so how can this be possible if one does not have the nature of the other? That is why the scriptures have come to say that sound is Brama.
In the Sapta Brahmavad, sound is said to be eternal and perfect by two characteristics. ‘Eternal’ is the fact that it is not bound by time. ‘Perfect’ is the fact that it is spread everywhere without the restriction of space. Science has now proven what our ancestors said that sound is pervading at all times and in all places.
Since we hear the sound of a person singing ten thousand miles away on the radio, it has been proven that sound is everywhere in space. Here, someone is making a tape-record of what I am saying; they are recording it with a gramophone. Even after so many years, the sounds are still playing without changing. What is the proof? Doesn’t it prove that sound is eternal and does not decay with time?
In a time when the supernatural powers of the ancients were gone and modern science had not arrived, if ‘sound is eternal and perfect’, one would have thought, “What nonsense is this? The sound we make is exhausted with this. How is this eternal? If it is left over, let it travel a hundred or two hundred yards. Even if there is a big thunderclap, the sound does not travel more than four or five miles. How can this be called perfect?” Now science has come to save our Shastra perception!”
Sound is our life
The clothes you are wearing at this moment, the work you are doing or this article you are reading, the house, the things and the world you have created around you, all of these are a single force called ‘sound’, if you think about it a little, it will amaze and interest us.
You go to a large clothing store, how did you choose the shirt you are wearing now from the hundreds of shirts hanging there? The answer is very simple, at that moment you talked to yourself, told, refused, nodded, or smiled, and made various sounds in your mind (we don’t have another shirt in this color, this would be good, I was looking for something like this), and then your hands went to touch this one, putting aside the other shirts.
When you wear it today, a similar huge mental rehearsal takes place, you talk and decide, and here you are wearing it. This ‘inner’ dialogue does not happen for a long time or we do not notice it. The world of women is also similar. They cannot complete a sambar without creating at least 100 to 200 sounds ‘inside’ and outside. Thus, everything we do, from the smallest to the biggest, is structured by ‘sound’ here.
A scientist named Vladimir Kavre invented a device called ‘Kennon Sonic’ in 1957. This is a device that kills enemies (humans) with ‘extreme sound waves’, but that attempt ends in failure. The biggest challenge in this is that the operator of the device is also subject to its effects and dies. Later, with various technological changes, devices based on sound, under the names of SONIC WEAPONS – ‘‘LRAD’’ (A Long-Range Acoustic Device), are used in the military to control riots and warn enemies on sea voyages.
So, the power of sound, which makes you buy and wear your favorite shirt, turns the kitchen into a sambar, controls riots, warns the enemy, and can kill a person, is it possible to transform these same sounds into useful ones in one’s personal life? “Sound can be used as positive energy in the form of music, songs, japas, and mantras. When referring to sound, our tradition classifies it in various ways as Naatha Brama, Naatha Yoga, and Mantra Uchadanam. It is said that this entire universe is made of Naatha (sound).
“Just as music does not sound sweet when the tones are not selected harmoniously, similarly, the mind does not achieve peace and balance when it does not carry out a continuous “inner” dialogue properly harmoniously. When we define such a sound, a sound as the beginning and end of each day of our life, we are able to achieve a balance mentally and emotionally.
When we start this as a practice, turn it into a habit, and make it a daily duty, a daily task, there is no doubt that the mindset we have will be amazing to look back on. There are so many ways to choose the sound for you. But we are all forced to compose this as a penance in some way. All great creators have connected themselves with sound in some way, as music, songs, mantras.
The more important thing is the way our mind works. As already shared in an article, this mind, which has 12000 to 42000 thoughts coming and going in a day, sets up each day with brain, body, life, tension, and anger. So, if you can start the moment you wake up in the morning with a mantra, music, or chanting for 10 minutes, and end the day with a 10-minute sound-related activity, you will see some changes happening very slowly.
In particular, some mantras and chants can be beneficial even to someone without any faith. That is why they are kept in the category of general mantras called UNIVERSAL MANTRAs. That is, whether the meaning is known or not, whether there is faith or not, these are just sounds, listening is essential, that sound will do what needs to be done within us.
Music is better than the sound that we are constantly producing in our minds. It has subtle vibrations, it can reduce our internal noise,
Mantras and chants can go deeper than music. This way of life is based on practice rather than faith. If there is any solution to the astonishment and shock that we reach when we turn all our logical and intelligent abilities to observe ourselves, it is only in the state of giving pure sound.
There are exercises and lessons that can be done by focusing on sounds. This type of practice is called Naatha Yoga. Its purpose is to remove various negative aspects that are suppressed or hidden deep within us. However, the challenge in learning them is that there are very few yoga teachers here who know Naatha Yoga. Moreover, there are no gurus today to teach the art of awakening Naatha at the feet of the Lord.
It is in this life-giving Naatha, that Shiva is always present, that the Auvaithaiya sang, “Show me Sadashivam katti within the sound.”
The next lines of the poem are: “Show me the Shivalingam within the mind (64).”
After asking to see the Sadashiva within the sound, Auvaithaiya then asks that his mind should show him the Shivalingam within.
After the elixir of Brama is consumed in the penance of Brama, Shiva will appear.
If the mind is not made into Shiva
If the mind is related to Shivaananda
If the mind is made into Shiva, then the mind is a Siddhi Muthya
If the mind is made into Shivamathal (D.M.1644)
How does the nectar come to be,
On the bank of the river where the nectar flows He who has realized Shiva within himself, will keep looking, considering his body as Shiva, and will continue to progress in penance. Those who do not think of themselves as Shiva and the soul, will not consider the body in which Shiva and the soul reside as sacred. Those who consider their body to be the source of suffering, shame, and crimes, are the ones who spoil them and spoil society.
Our Satguru would say – the one who does not realize himself is poor. The one who does not have wealth is poor. All those who do not realize the material wealth and the wealth of knowledge within themselves, all of them will be poor in poverty. No one likes poverty. Everyone has the desire to acquire unlimited wealth. But they do not strive for it. Try practicing Brahmanical penance, and all that wealth will come rushing towards you like a magnet attracts iron.
The wise person is the one who sees himself within himself. Those who see themselves and see Shiva within their lives are the Brama. Those who see Shiva and combine their life with the art of Shiva are the Parabhram Gnani.
He said, “I have not understood the penance itself and have been born due to the records of karma, I have become a fool, I have become a fool, I am the one who has born the Aruvini.”
He said, “O beloved Shiva,” that Shiva will appear as light within all those who have the love and affection to see Shiva.
He said, “I have not received the wealth of knowledge by performing the penance of Brama, I have not received the wealth of knowledge.”
He said, “I have not received the wealth of knowledge by performing the penance of Brama, performed at the feet of the Lord, O Lord Shiva, so that I may not be born again due to karma, I have to show you grace, O Lord Shiva, so that I may not be born again due to karma, I have shown you grace.”
“If the mind were to unite and worship Siva,
How could I receive His grace, O ignorant, foolish mind…”
Thinking to His own heart, Lord Thirunavukkarasa said.
The vision of the mind, which has risen from the lotus,
with the three elements,
is like a vision of the soul,
From within the lotus,
with the object of the flow,
I rise (D.M. 2156)
The darkness that clings like a stain to our throat is called phlegm. Only those who eliminate this phlegm will have the nectar of the gods reach the peak of Pranava, and then the nectar will melt from the lunar cauldron and flow down through the throat.
Come forward like a pearl and rise up and whisper, “My, Ananda, nectar,” and speak to me, and come with your power, and you will be the one who is In the past, you used to rise up against us and greet the Lord with the words, “My Lord, My Bliss, My Elixir,” and speak His praises so that your mouth would water and become sweet. Today, even though we call you, you will not come and open your door. Come and open the door.” Thus, many women wake up one of their friends. The friend says, “When there are people who are very devoted to the Lord, who have been following the feet of the Lord for ages, who are mature and wise servants, and who have great rights over the Lord, will it cause harm if you take over us by eliminating our petty nature as new arrivals?” She said. The other women said, “Shiva, is it cheating to love you? Do we all not know about you? Shouldn’t women sing about our Shiva with hearts as pure as marble water? All we want is for you to get up and sing about him. That is all, our incomparable wife, listen to what I say and be in harmony with me.”
The place where life is is filled with param atoms. Param atoms are filled with light particles. Sathu means reality. That is, life. Sidhu means knowledge. Sidhu is the knowledge that knows life, which is matter. We can say this as life knowledge, true knowledge. When the Gurumukhandram listens to that life knowledge as a teaching, the Guru exposes that place where life is by touching it and showing it. By exposing it, it became Ambalam. By exposing the Sidha, it became Citthampalam. That is, it became Chittrampalam. Therefore, it is called “Chittrampalam” “Sing” was what Manickavasaka had to say.
If Shiva is to appear in the mind, the three elements must be eliminated there. The mind is always running after some thought. If our feet go in the direction of the mind, then time will come and stop us. If we combine the mind with the intellect and create a mind at our feet, the things that the mind says will definitely come true. Since the Gnana Karma that awakens the mind is constantly going on in the Sutarazhi penance, it seems that Shiva will definitely appear there, he said, “The inner voice that is within is always incessant.”
The mind is like Shiva, the one who is pure He made me his slave. Not only that, but due to ignorance of who I am, he tied me to the loom of his feet with the strong rope of mind. I saw the divine play of Lord Shiva mixed in this seed of knowledge on the top of Pranava, which is the peak of Thillai, where grace is manifested.
As long as God is light, He cannot be seen. When Brama and the Lord have failed in this matter, what are we all? If we take the sound of Naad with 432 frequencies along with that divine light, then it is a supreme truth that God will take the form of Naadvindu from His abode and appear before us. Light cannot be seen separately. We can only see its light. But, we can clearly see the light with sound as a form. That is the form. God can be seen only in this form. The form can be seen clearly in our feet. The form can be seen in our life. Since the form of life is formless, it is possible to see the God within it in the formless. Therefore, in the Brahmanical Council, we conclude this discourse on wisdom by saying that the subtle secret art of Brahmanical penance, which combines the arts of light with the essence of sound, is taught with unwavering, unwavering, and profound insight.
